Ashford Local Plan - Final report
Posted on 11 January 2019The Local Plan is an important document that will shape future development in our borough. We are pleased to receive the final report and recommendations, enabling us to move forward with its adoption.

Ashford Borough Council has received the final version of the Local Plan Inspectors Report from the Planning Inspectorate, marking the end of the examination process.
The council will now move forward to formally adopt the plan with the modifications recommended by the Inspectors.

“We are pleased to receive the final report and recommendations, enabling us to move forward with its adoption.
“I believe our plan provides a consistent approach to planning across the borough, helping to create great places and strong communities.”
