International House is a modern office building located opposite Ashford International and close to the town centre. It’s also part of the Ashford Commercial Quarter and is located minutes away from Connect 38. Carlton Road Business Park

Carlton Road Business Park is an industrial development located next to Junction 9 on the M20.

It includes 50,046 sq. ft of warehouse and industrial space divided into 28 flexible units which opened early 2019 and are ideal for businesses looking to expand in Kent.

Stour Park

Stour Park is a new industrial park in the south-east of Ashford led by Friends Life Ltd. It will include 1.6 million sq. ft of warehouse, industrial, office and retail space. Local company Kent Wool Growers have already expressed interest in the scheme and reserved 5,500 sq. m in the new, state-of-the-art business park.

This is an employment-led development, which will support Ashford’s economic growth thanks to its prime location next to Junction 10a on the M20 and create up to 1,600 jobs in the borough.
