Connect 38 is the biggest office-block built in Kent in the last 20 years. It opened in June 2018 and is the first phase of the Ashford Commercial Quarter. International House is a modern office building located opposite Ashford International and close to the town centre. It’s also part of the Ashford Commercial Quarter and is located minutes away from Connect 38. Eureka Business Park

A major business park located just off Junction 9 on the M20, Eureka Business Park is a brand-new office block developed by Quadrant Estates.
