Collins Bespoke specialises in luxury kitchens and fitted furniture, offering tailored solutions that range from elegant dressing rooms and media walls to practical boot rooms and full-house joinery packages.

All of the company’s work is made to order at its Ashford workshop, where traditional craftsmanship is combined with modern manufacturing techniques to create distinctive, high-end interiors.

What began as a small workshop has developed into a thriving manufacturing business, now delivering projects across Kent, London and the wider South-East. Collins Bespoke works with a diverse client base including private homeowners, architects, interior designers and property developers. Projects vary in size, from single bespoke kitchens to interior packages for entire homes, with work spanning locations across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Central London.

Nick Collins, Founder & Creative Director of Collins Bespoke said: “Ashford has always been home for the business. For me, Ashford has always been a great place to build a business. The location is brilliant for reaching both London and the South-East, while still giving us the space needed for manufacturing.”

Nick added that Ashford still has untapped potential. From a business perspective, he said, the town all the foundations to become a strong hub for manufacturing, as well as creative and independent enterprises — particularly given its strategic location and strong transport connections into London and Europe. He also pointed to the development of the new creative quarter on Henwood as a positive step forward, reflecting the town’s growing momentum and ambition.

He concluded, “As a growing manufacturing business, we would always welcome continued support for independent companies within the borough, particularly around skills, apprenticeships, local manufacturing and helping ambitious businesses continue to grow within Ashford.”

Collins Bespoke is also a member of Ashford Borough Council’s ScaleUp Ashford initiative — a one-year, part-funded programme designed to support up to six local businesses with the ambition and capacity to grow.

Delivered by the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce and part-funded by Ashford Borough Council, the programme provides participating businesses with up to 20 hours of one-to-one support, alongside 12 hours of peer-to-peer networking over a 12-month period, helping them to accelerate their growth and development.
