In 18 years this leading property investment and development company has successfully completed 35 high profile projects across the UK – with a future now focused very much on Kent’s international town.
Phase one of Eureka Park has played a key part in propelling Ashford to pole position for business in Kent. To date 30,190 sq metres of office space have been built with industry insurance firm Rift and Smiths Medical International among those signed up, the latter having selected the site as its European headquarters. Both are growing businesses that have created hundreds of jobs.
With further planning consent for 1.1 million sq ft of new build office park space in place, the best is yet to come for this 100 acre site.
“Ashford is a growth town. With more than 1 million sq m of development space – from small units to large buildings – there is plenty of opportunities in future for businesses to expand.”Tristram Gethin, Founding Partner, Quadrant Estates
“Ashford is a growth town, there aren’t many locations within Kent that really lend themselves particularly for business. With more than 1 million sq m of development space – from small units to large buildings – there is plenty of opportunities in future for businesses to expand,” says Tristram Gethin, Founding Partner, Quadrant Estates.
Eureka Park was created through a joint venture between Quadrant Estates and Trinity College, Cambridge in 2006, having spotted a real opportunity in an area of Kent where office rents are, on average, 73 per cent lower than London.
